Competency Classes
 DEUTZ training certifications are based on a competency class rating system. Training competency class, combined with a dealer contract, determines the service abilities of a shop or technician. CC1 is a
non-certified training event that is generally under 4 hours in length
and intended to provide a brief product overview.
CC2 is a certified training event that is generally 8 hours in length and covers external engine components only. CC3 is a certified training event that is generally 30+ hours in length and covers the complete engine. |
